 | We offer short term loans. Generally 30 days is the term of the loan. We
loan the customer an amount of money that we feel is equal to the value of the item that
the customer can use for colateral. We loan money on any items that we deem have
value. |
| The borrower must be at least 18 years of age. |
| Borrower must be a resident of the State of North Dakota to pawn firearms. |
| Borrower agrees that if loan amount and interest are not paid on thirty (30) days, that
said item will be deemed the property of Ace Pawn. Said item will be then placed for
sale. |
| If borrower is late in picking up item, Ace Pawn will seel the item back to the customer
for 75% of the marked price, or the amount of the original pawn plus two months interest. |
